John 3:5-7
King James Version
5 Jesus answered,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh;
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again.
I champion the cause of being born again.
Unless you have accepted the command of Jesus, to be born again -- of water and of the Spirit -- you cannot lead better.
You will continue serving the world.
You will not understand things of the Spirit.
And those are very deep things of God.
Which only the Spirit of the Lord can teach you.
God did say:
Matthew 6:24 (KJV)
24 No man can serve two masters:
for either he will hate the one,
and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one,
and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
If your heart resists those commands, then you're not ready to lead in the best way possible, under the command of the Lord.
But if you've chosen the world's way, and it's come short, and you continue to see injustice, and poverty, around you, then we welcome you to see another way -- God's way.
God is the only one who can save us from our deluded thinking.
How can you lead in a deluded manner?
How can you lead others to their downfall?
How can you destroy yourself, and others?
As you have seen in the world, we are all going around in circles.
The moment you accept Jesus in your heart, you step off that mindless, heartless circle.
And you begin to see the narrow path, leading back to the Lord.
Matthew 7:13-14 (KJV)
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate,
and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life,
and few there be that find it.
Only by being forged by fire -- the Holy Spirit's fire of instruction -- can your heart really see how it is to best lead yourself and others.
And thus, we go back full circle.
"You must become born again."
